1How far in advance can I book tickets?
You can book up to 60 days ahead. Weekends and holidays often sell out 3-5 days in advance, so book early to secure your spot.
2Is there free parking?
Yes. MenaWorld guests get free motorbike parking at Menas Mall B2 and the first 2 hours of car parking at B3.
3Are there special prices for accompanying parents?
Parent tickets are just 50,000 VND each. The Family Combo (2 kids + 2 parents + a light meal) gives a 20% discount over individual tickets.
4Do children need a temperature check before entering?
Not required, but we still provide hand sanitizer, disinfect the play areas 3 times a day, and run safety cameras 24/7.
5Can I book a same-day birthday party?
Birthday parties need at least 5 days' notice to prepare the cake, decoration, and host. Call 0849 55 57 59 for consultation.
6Which payment methods are accepted?
MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay (Visa/Master/QR Bank), and cash at the counter. Online bookings also support COD upon arrival.
